NAPFA!


HELLO!

i had NAPFA 2.4km on Monday at Serangoon Stadium,
arrived 5mins late, good thing they were only starting their warm-ups.
HAHA
guess what my form teacher came even later, haha, we all saw her dad dropped her off, haha, well not funny la.diao...

After the warm up, we began on our journey of suffering.
1st: Jogged
2nd: Still Jogging
3rd: Still Jogging but Feeling Abit tired
4th: Walked abit then Ran for a while
5th: Walked abit then Jogged
6th: Ran for it!

Position...3rd, thats how slow my class was.

NAPFA all 6 stations

1) 2.4km - 13.14min (Slow)
2) Shuttle Run - 10.6sec (Slow)
3) Sit- ups - 45times (Good enough for an 'A')
4) Pull ups - 7 times (Great best in class but only 'B')
5) Sit & Reach - 55cm (Great best in class 'A'
6) S.B. Jump - 214cm (Average)

= Got a Silver
good enough la. last year never take, and only 2 guys got silver including me, the rest fail and 3 bronze.

now as i blog my body aches, haha,

Easter'06








Easter Was Great!
after a week of easter, its like too late to post this post.
haha

For both the concert nights, it was a sucess, even though there were a couple of mistakes done, but we manage to cover it up, I HOPE.
Many said the dancers were great, well it better be, all our effort, time, money for eating out, energy and being very stressed up for the dance.

But all this was done with JOY. Having to perform was great, letting others know what really happen what easter really is. I really hope this concert brought people to Know Him better, and maybe start serving in bethany.

One the 2nd night, i invited 2 student council buddies, Ben and Janice.
They really enjoyed it, they were really suprise i could dance.
Do i look as it i have 2 left feet, come on.
I saw many others from peicai(my school). But i dont think they reconise me.

What i liked about the concert was that, we could wear 'period outfits', so fun, we wore it for the temple scene. We wanted a photo in that, but the outfits was thrown in the wash. Sad.



Well for easter lunch this year, it was the 1st time having 'an easter programme' at shangri la, we usually have it for Christmas.
The youth choir sang 'God's love never changes', it is a song that will stick with me for awhile, having learnt it during my chinese lesson, the teacher almost took it away.phew.

For the lunch, the food at my table was gone within a 'time limit' of 10sec, all the guys just grabed all the food on every dish, but not the mushrooms.haha

I am so glad that my grandma could come, she loves the choir's performance, and says i have grown alot, and i am about the same height as John J. haha.
So proud of myself.

This 7 days of Apirl was not bad, i was expecting worse
well these following things happen------>

*Appeared on TV, the campus super star program.(supporting a Student from my school- Renfred Ng)But i soon got laughed at by my friends, saying i look so blur and funny.
*Peicai Idol. All the 'idol wannabes' were lousy. But the winner was a sec 1 boy from NCC. So proud, but he calls me Sergeant when i bumps into me, so honored.
*Top the class in POA
*Got to go swimming
*Got to decorate my table (some CME project where you rap your table, and do whatever thing to your table, draw, paste pictures but no formulas)
*Got a Mac treat from my friend
*Got no homework for the Weekend. Yay!
