NAPFA!


HELLO!

i had NAPFA 2.4km on Monday at Serangoon Stadium,
arrived 5mins late, good thing they were only starting their warm-ups.
HAHA
guess what my form teacher came even later, haha, we all saw her dad dropped her off, haha, well not funny la.diao...

After the warm up, we began on our journey of suffering.
1st: Jogged
2nd: Still Jogging
3rd: Still Jogging but Feeling Abit tired
4th: Walked abit then Ran for a while
5th: Walked abit then Jogged
6th: Ran for it!

Position...3rd, thats how slow my class was.

NAPFA all 6 stations

1) 2.4km - 13.14min (Slow)
2) Shuttle Run - 10.6sec (Slow)
3) Sit- ups - 45times (Good enough for an 'A')
4) Pull ups - 7 times (Great best in class but only 'B')
5) Sit & Reach - 55cm (Great best in class 'A'
6) S.B. Jump - 214cm (Average)

= Got a Silver
good enough la. last year never take, and only 2 guys got silver including me, the rest fail and 3 bronze.

now as i blog my body aches, haha,
